The Gentlest Dilator Possible
“I have used dilators for 10 years and was always scared of the insertion because it hurt so much. With Milli I can get the device in place with no pain and then stretch to where I need to be. Psychologically it is such a great thing. I feel such an improvement in my pain level. I want to continue to feel good, and I can do that with the Milli.”
– Jennifer, age 39
The Milli device length is 10.5 cm to allow for variable depth, and to enable the wand to remain comfortably in place
Min : Max Dialation
Closed, the Milli device is 15 mm (1.5 cm) in diameter. Fully expanded, the dilator is 40 mm (4 cm) in diameter
Soft silicone covering allows for easy insertion, comfortable dilation and thorough cleaning throughout the lifetime of the device
On-demand vibration can help ease insertion, and muscle relaxation during use
For the first time with a vaginal dilator, women can let their bodies dictate the pace. Women insert the device when it is closed and control the wand expansion, one millimeter at a time. In this way, the time with the tool is more attuned to a woman’s anatomy and how she feels.
Milli’s gentle approach may be why Milli is nearly universally preferred to static, graduated dilators.
Soft Silicone Dilator
Milli is covered entirely with a soft silicone cover, which creates a soft interface between your body and the device. We have selected a smooth, slick silicone to help ease the insertion process. The covering yields to the touch and remains at room temperature.

Women experience vaginal discomfort for a variety of reasons, and Milli can help. By working with a clinician to understand the need for vaginal dilation, women can then count on Milli as a safe, gentle, and reliable tool in controlling one’s health and maintenance of pelvic pain.
Unlike graduated, hard plastic dilators, Milli only requires a single insertion when the device is closed. When closed Milli is just 15 millimeters in diameter, allowing women to have an easy insertion experience that sets the stage for gradual, gentle dilation one millimeter at a time.
With such easy entry, and gradual expansion, 95% of users report that Milli helped them achieve, or make progress towards, their goals.

“Hard, plastic dilators don’t make sense to me; they either fit or they don’t. Whereas with Milli I can create the stretch that I need. And because it is one dilator that has dozens of sizes, I don’t need a lot of other equipment.”
Anne, age 51
“I was always really intimidated and fearful to move up a size with plastic dilators. With Milli I don’t have to worry about that because I can expand Milli based on how my body feels.”
Valerie, age 33
“Comparing Milli to other dilators, it is night and day. I don’t have to worry about insertion because it is soft enough and small enough that Milli is the one dilator that did not bother me. It was much easier to stick to a routine with Milli – I felt less fearful that I would hurt myself.”
Aura, age 58
